Steffani Frideres has pursued a life of art, completing her undergraduate BFA degree from the University of Calgary in Canada, and then receiving her MFA in Art from Washington State University in 1990.
A practicing artist, Steffani has exhibited in The U.S., Canada, Mexico, Italy and Scotland. Upon graduation, she was a visiting artist and adjunct professor teaching in the northern U.S. and Canada at a variety of Universities. Presently teaching at LSC-Tomball in Texas.
Alternative processes were first encountered in Hawaii while being a visiting student , and she hasn’t looked back since.Her love of all things photographic and hand made led her into the realm of alternative processes.
